The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize Winner's Next Unconstitutional War?

The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner may be contemplating war against Syria.  Never mind that his last war against Libya was without Congressional sanction and the result was the killing of the US ambassador in Benghazi, an attack whose perpetrators still have not been found.  Never mind that the Syrian civil war is none of the US's concern and the rebels include al Qaeda affiliates.  Never mind that a survey shows that 60% of the population are opposed to US involvement in the Syrian civil war.  The peace prize winner decreed that there must be war and, it seems, most especially when US interests can be harmed by a war.
